Juniper Hotels Q1 FY27 Results: Total Income ₹252 Cr, PAT ₹33.3 Cr

EBITDA stood at ₹89 Cr, up 3% YoY, with an EBITDA Margin of 35%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹45 Cr, a significant 28% increase YoY, and Profit After Tax (PAT) reached ₹33.3 Cr, a substantial 270% jump YoY. The Average Room Rate (ARR) grew 5% to ₹11,062, with occupancy at 76%. The company also secured development rights for a 5-star hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi, as part of its expansion strategy.
