Juniper Hotels Subsidiary Signs 5-Star Hotel Development Deal

Juniper Hotels Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (JHAPL), has entered into a License Deed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The agreement, executed on August 12, 2026, grants JHAPL rights to develop a 5-Star Luxury Hotel in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. The hotel will be situated near key landmarks like Yashobhoomi and Delhi International Airport. The License Deed includes provisions for the Annual License Fees (ALF), with a waiver for the initial 42 months of construction. ALF will commence at ₹16.11 Crore from the 4th year, with annual increases of 5% for the first decade and 7% thereafter for a significant period.
