
Juniper Hotels to Invest ₹850 Cr in New Delhi Luxury Hotel
Juniper Hotels Limited announced plans to develop a new luxury 5-star hotel in Dwarka, Delhi, with an investment of approximately INR 850 crore. The hotel will feature around 550 keys and is slated for completion by 2030. This development, undertaken through its subsidiary Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited via a license deed with DDA, will overlook the DDA Dwarka Golf Course and be in proximity to major convention and exhibition venues. Upon completion, Juniper's Delhi portfolio will expand to nearly 1,000 keys. The company aims to double its key count to approximately 3,900 by FY2030-31, with a current portfolio of seven operating hotels and five greenfield projects under development.
