M/s Arix Capital Limited, Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha, and Mr. Punitbhai Bavanjibhai Lakkad have acquired 51.00% of the paid-up equity share capital of Jupiter Infomedia Limited, leading to an indirect acquisition of voting rights and control over its subsidiary, Netlink Solutions (India) Limited. Following the change in management and control, Mr. Minesh Vasantlal Modi and Mrs. Rupa Minesh Modi have tendered their resignations as Whole-Time Directors and Directors from Netlink Solutions (India) Limited, effective March 26, 2026. This move ensures that they no longer hold any direct or indirect control or management over the subsidiary.
