Arix Capital Acquires 13.97% Stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd via Share Purchase Agreement

Arix Capital Ltd has acquired a 13.97% stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd through a Share Purchase Agreement dated 9th April 2025. The acquisition was made pursuant to the agreement, with the total equity share capital of Jupiter Infomedia Ltd standing at Rs. 10,02,00,000 divided into 1,00,20,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each, both before and after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company also remains the same at Rs. 10,02,00,000 divided into 1,00,20,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each.
