Arix Capital Acquires 5.99% Stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd via Share Purchase Agreement

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Arix Capital Limited has acquired a 5.99% stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd. The acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated 9th April 2025. Before the acquisition, Arix Capital held 8.78% of the shares in Jupiter Infomedia, which has now increased to 14.77% after the acquisition. The total diluted share capital of Jupiter Infomedia remains the same at Rs. 10,02,00,000 divided into 1,00,20,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each.
