Arix Capital Acquires 8.78% Stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd Through Share Purchase Agreement

Arix Capital Ltd has acquired 880,000 shares carrying voting rights in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd, which amounts to 8.78% of the total voting rights. This acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated 9th April 2025. The total equity share capital of Jupiter Infomedia Ltd is Rs. 10,02,00,000 divided into 1,00,20,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each, both before and after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company also remains the same at Rs. 10,02,00,000 divided into 1,00,20,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each.
