Jupiter Infomedia Ltd: New Management Appointments and Promoters' Reclassification Following Acquisition by Arix Capital Limited

Jupiter Infomedia Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of new directors and the reclassification of existing promoters following the acquisition by Arix Capital Limited and Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha. The acquisition, completed through a share purchase agreement and open offer, resulted in the resignation of Umesh Vasantlal Modi, Manisha Umesh Modi, Kusumben Vasantlal Modi, and Aishwarya Umesh Modi from their positions as directors and KMPs. The Board has approved the appointment of Viren Bakraniya as an Additional Director (Executive) and Managing Director, and Kajal Baldha as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non Independent). Bakraniya will also serve as the Chief Financial Officer. The company confirmed that both Bakraniya and Baldha are not debarred from holding the office of director. The promoters, Umesh Vasantlal Modi, Manisha Umesh Modi, Kusumben Vasantlal Modi, and Aishwarya Umesh Modi, have been reclassified from the 'Promoter/Promoter Group Category' to the 'Public' category.
