Umesh Modi Sells 2.37% Stake in Jupiter Infomedia

Umesh Vasantlal Modi, a former promoter of Jupiter Infomedia Ltd, has disclosed the sale of his entire 2.37% stake in the company through an open market transaction. The sale, which occurred on June 29, 2026, resulted in his shareholding reducing to zero. Modi stated he is no longer a promoter, director, or in control of the company, following the sale of his majority shareholding to new acquirers who have become the promoters. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 10,02,00,000.
