Umesh Vasantlal Modi Acquires 29.09% Stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd Through Share Purchase Agreement

The Exchange has received a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from Umesh Vasantlal Modi. The disclosure includes the acquisition of 29.09% stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd. The acquisition is through a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated April 09, 2025. The total equity share capital of the company before the acquisition was Rs. 10,02,00,000 divided into 1,00,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Post-acquisition, the equity share capital of the company is the same. The total diluted share capital of the company after the acquisition is also the same.
