Catalyst Trusteeship Pledges 25.56% of Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Shares

Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, has disclosed the creation of a pledge over 1,67,59,750 equity shares of Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited. This represents 25.56% of the total share capital. Prior to this, Catalyst Trusteeship held 33,51,950 shares, representing 5.11% of the share capital, which were also encumbered. Following the pledge, the total encumbered shares held by Catalyst Trusteeship amount to 2,01,11,700, constituting 30.67% of the total share capital. The pledge was created on June 25, 2026.
