V S S Mani Acquires 2.39 Lakh Just Dial Shares via Gift

V S S Mani has acquired 2,39,647 equity shares of Just Dial Limited (JDL) through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from Mrs. Eshwary Krishnan, a promoter group member. This transaction, dated September 28, 2026, resulted in Mr. Mani's shareholding increasing from 7.61% to 7.89% of the total share capital. The acquisition was made under exemption Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, with prior disclosure made on August 21, 2026. No consideration was involved in this gift transfer.
