EBIX Ltd Announces 60th AGM on Sep 30, 2026 via VC/OAVM

EBIX Limited (formerly Eraaya Lifespaces Limited) has issued a notice for its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 04:30 P.M. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with recent circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The primary business of the AGM will be to receive, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Due to a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order maintaining the status quo on the Board of Directors, resolutions related to director appointments or retirements have been omitted. The company has also noted that physical attendance and proxy appointments are not applicable for this virtual AGM.
