The closure is effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of its Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBUHO/ISD/ISD-SECA/P/CIR/ZOZZ/ 107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for publishing the Audited Financial Results will be announced in due course.
