Mizzen Ventures Board Approves Valuer & Preferential Issue Committee

Mizzen Ventures Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the appointment of an Independent Registered Valuer. This valuer will determine the fair value of equity shares in accordance with SEBI regulations. Additionally, the Board constituted a Preferential Issue Committee. This committee is tasked with finalizing and approving the issue size, identifying proposed allottees, and handling all necessary documentation and incidental matters related to a proposed preferential issue.
