Jyothy Labs Ltd. Sells Entire Stake in Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Ltd. for BDT 3,01,92,134

Jyothy Labs Ltd. announced the sale of its entire equity stake in Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Limited (JKBL) to Kallol Enterprise Limited for an aggregate consideration of Bangladeshi Taka 3,01,92,134. The sale was approved at a Board of Directors meeting on March 25, 2025, and a Share Purchase Agreement was executed on the same day. This transaction resulted in JKBL ceasing to be a subsidiary of Jyothy Labs Ltd. The disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, have been fulfilled.
