Jyoti CNC Automation Appoints Prafulla P. Shenoy as Independent Director

Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Prafulla P. Shenoy (DIN: 06705629) as an Independent Director. Her term will be for five years, effective from January 19, 2026, to January 18, 2031. This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mrs. Shenoy possesses over 36 years of extensive experience in Development Banking Operations, having worked with IDBI and SIDBI. Her professional background includes significant roles in Resource Raising, Integrated Treasury Operation, Corporate Accounts, and Institutional Finance, where she held operational responsibilities ranging from heading functions to managing branches. Prior to her retirement, she served as General Manager of Treasury and Institutional Finance. Post-retirement, she has continued her professional engagement as a consultant and currently coaches candidates for interviews at various regulatory bodies. She is also involved with educational and charitable trusts.
