Jyoti Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company has also informed its designated persons about the closure of the trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are made public, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
