Jyoti Ltd Secures INR 6.35 Crore LOI for Design & Supply of Vertical Turbine Pumps

Jyoti Ltd has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth INR 6.35 Crores (excluding GST) from JWIL INFRA LTD., Delhi for the design, manufacture, and supply of 6 sets of Vertical Turbine (VT) Pumps with Motors. The project is located in Pirtand, Jharkhand. The payment terms, packing, forwarding, freight, and insurance are all inclusive in the LOI. The guarantee period is 30 months from the date of commissioning or 36 months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier. The order is domestically awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions. The delivery is expected to be made within 24-28 weeks from the date of receipt of final technical document approval.
