Jyoti Ltd. Secures Rs. 40.77 Crores LOI from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation

Switchgear Division of Jyoti Ltd. has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth Rs. 40.77 Crores (Including GST) from M/s. Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat for the supply of 11KV VCB PANELS (Quantity 525 Nos.). The payment terms, packing, forwarding, insurance, and GST are all inclusive as per the LOI. The guarantee is for 60 months from the date of commissioning or 66 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier. The order does not fall within related party transactions and has been done at 'arm’s length'.
