Jyoti Structures Receives Order for 765 kV Transmission Line Towers Worth Rs. 105.57 Crores

Jyoti Structures Ltd. has announced the receipt of a new project order for the supply of towers for a 765 kV DC Transmission Line in Gujarat. The contract value stands at Rs. 105.57 Crores including GST, with a completion period of 10 months. Neither the promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the orders, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
