Jyoti Structures Reconstitutes Board Committees

Jyoti Structures Limited announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees following a meeting held on November 03, 2026. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has been reconstituted with Dr. Govind Prasad Saha as Chairperson, Mrs. Monica Akhil Chaturvedi as Member, and Mr. Abhinav Rishi Angirish as Member. Additionally, the Risk Management Committee has been reconstituted with Mr. Raajeev B Batra as Chairperson, Mr. Anil Jain as Member, and Dr. Govind Prasad Saha as Member. These changes are in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
