Jyoti Structures Wins ₹20.85 Cr Order from Torrent Power

Jyoti Structures Ltd has secured a significant Purchase Order worth ₹20.85 Crores (excluding GST) from Torrent Power Limited. The order pertains to the '400 kV DGEN Navsari Line shifting work' located in Gujarat. The scope of work includes the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the 400 kV DGEN Navsari Transmission Line shifting on a total turnkey basis. The project is expected to be completed within 06 months from the date of the Purchase Order. The company has confirmed that none of its promoters or group companies have any interest in Torrent Power Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
