Atma Industries: Trading Window Closed from Oct 1, 2026

Atma Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure, effective from October 1, 2026, is mandated by the Company’s Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to review and approve these financial results will be intimated in due course.
