K M Sugar Mills Ltd has filed a disclosure regarding the transmission of shares under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Smt. Naina Devi Jhunjhunwala, as the nominee and legal heir of the late promoter Shri L.K. Jhunjhunwala, has inherited 14,302,600 equity shares, representing 15.55% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. This transmission is made in accordance with Regulation 10(1)(g) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations, exempting the need for an open offer. The company confirmed no change in the aggregate shareholding of the promoters and promoter group pre- and post-transmission.
