K M Sugar Mills Ltd has informed about the demise of Shri Laxmikant Dwarkadas Jhunjhunwala, who was a Chairman, Promoter and Director of the company. His sudden and unexpected passing away is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Company and all its employees convey their deepest sympathy, sorrow, and heartfelt condolences to his family. Shri Jhunjhunwala held 10.94% equity shares as an individual and 15.55% as HUF. He shall cease to be part of the Promoter / Promoter Group of the Company in accordance with Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
