K S Oils Ltd Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

K.S. Oils Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on August 13, 2026. The company noted that the results are not comparable with the previous year's corresponding quarter due to the recommencement of manufacturing operations after acquisition by Soy-Sar Edible Private Limited (SEPL) in February 2025.
