Kaarya Facilities holds 17th AGM, considers financial statements and auditor appointment

Kaarya Facilities and Services Limited held its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026. The meeting, presided over by Mr. Vishal Panchal, included the presentation and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Board of Directors and Auditors Reports. Additionally, M/s. Bhasin Hota & Co, Chartered Accountants, were proposed for appointment as Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027.
