Kabra Extrusiontechnik Incorporates UAE Subsidiary Geon International FZ-LLC

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Geon International FZ-LLC, in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, on October 5, 2026. The subsidiary, with a share capital of AED 3,900,000, will serve as an intermediary holding company for the company's international business. It is intended to hold a proposed subsidiary in Vietnam for battery pack manufacturing and will also engage in trading batteries, used auto spare parts, and managing commercial enterprises. The incorporation was approved by RAKEZ Authority and marks a strategic step for Kabra Extrusiontechnik's global expansion.
