Kabra Extrusiontechnik: Promoters acquire 4.89% via preferential allotment

Garudlaxmi Ventures LLP, part of the promoter group of Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired 18,93,334 equity shares. This acquisition, made through a preferential allotment on October 2, 2026, represents 4.89% of the company's post-allotment paid-up equity share capital. Following this acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of the acquirer and PACs in Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd has changed from 2,11,38,635 equity shares (60.44%) to 2,30,31,969 equity shares (59.46%). This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
