Kabra Extrusiontechnik replaces allottee in preferential issue

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited has approved a change in the proposed allottees for its preferential issue of equity shares. Mr. Saurabh Varma has been replaced by Mr. Rakesh Amarlal Hinduja, both from the Non-Promoter category. The total number of equity shares, issue price, and aggregate size of the preferential issue remain unchanged. The company will issue an addendum to the EGM notice to reflect this change. The total preferential issue size is 37,60,000 equity shares.
