Kachchh Minerals Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Kachchh Minerals Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. A.K. Mantri & Associates as its new Statutory Auditor during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 14, 2026. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Om Prakash S. Chaplot & Co. due to personal reasons. The new auditors will serve until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting in FY 2026-27. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, Mr. Kirit R Mehta was appointed as the Internal Auditor for three years starting FY 2026-27.
