Kachchh Minerals Ltd Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Kachchh Minerals Ltd announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the financial results along with the Limited Review Report. The company also accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. Om Prakash S. Chaplot & Co., due to personal reasons, and appointed M/s. A.K. Mantri & Associates as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy.
