Kachchh Minerals Ltd: Statutory Auditor Resigns, New Auditor Appointed

Kachchh Minerals Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. Om Prakash S Chaplot & Co., effective August 14, 2026, due to personal reasons. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on the same date, accepted the resignation. Concurrently, the board approved the appointment of M/s. A.K. Mantri & Associates as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy. They will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting in FY 2026-27. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Kirit R Mehta as the Internal Auditor for three years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2028-29. The unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report, were also considered and approved.
