Kahan Packaging Ltd has announced that its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 26th September, 2025 at 11.30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) /other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the presence of physical quorum. The Register of members and share transfer book will remain close from Saturday, 20th September, 2025 to Friday, 26th September, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. The company is providing to its members, facility to cast their right to vote using an electronic voting system from a place other than venue of the meeting (remote-e-voting) for all the business to be transacted at the AGM.
