Kaiser Corp Board Approves Merger Scheme, Appoints Auditors

Kaiser Corporation Ltd's Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation for Emazing Deals Limited into Kaiser Corporation Limited. The merger is subject to shareholder, creditor, and NCLT approvals. The Board also appointed Ms. Divya Mohta as Secretarial Auditor and Mr. Nikhil P Chandak as Registered Valuer for the merger. Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited was appointed as Merchant Banker. The 33rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, with book closure from September 22-28, 2026. M/s Sameer Panchal & Associates will act as Scrutinizer.
