Kaiser Corporation Ltd's subsidiary, Xicon International Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Korea EHT, a leading manufacturer of Electric Heat tracing cables. Korea EHT, established in 1989, has a strong presence in various countries including the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the USA. The MoU aims to explore opportunities for Engineering Procurement and Construction business in India and international markets. The companies plan to cooperate in manufacturing to reduce costs and increase market share.
