Kajaria Ceramics Ltd has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 01:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business including the adoption of audited consolidated and standalone financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of directors Mr. Chetan Kajaria and Mr. Rishi Kajaria, who are retiring by rotation.
