Kajaria Ceramics Invests ₹1.21 Cr in Solar Power Subsidiary

Kajaria Ceramics Ltd has subscribed to 10,167 equity shares of Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited for a cash consideration of ₹1,21,49,565 (₹1.21 Crore). This investment, made on October 30, 2026, pursuant to a Shareholders' Agreement, increases Kajaria Ceramics' stake to 19.77%. The investment aims to reduce power costs for its Rajasthan plants by shifting to solar and wind power. Sunsure Solarpark, incorporated on January 7, 2025, is engaged in renewable energy generation but has not yet commenced commercial production. This transaction is not a related party transaction.
