Kajaria Ceramics Invests ₹12.15 Cr in Sunsure Solarpark

Kajaria Ceramics Ltd announced its board has approved an investment of up to ₹12.15 crore in equity shares of Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited. This investment is for captive consumption of solar and wind power for its Rajasthan plants, aiming to reduce power costs and promote eco-friendly energy sources. The company also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and an expansion of its manufacturing facility at Gailpur, Rajasthan, by 11 MSM tiles per annum, requiring an investment of ₹165 crore.
