Kakatiya Textiles Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Kakatiya Textiles Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by insiders, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and Year ended on 31 March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of audited financial results will be intimated in due course of time.
