Kallam Textiles: First CoC Meeting Scheduled for May 2, 2026

Kallam Textiles Ltd announced that the first meeting of its Committee of Creditors (CoC) will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026. This follows the initiation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the company on April 7, 2024. Mr. Rajesh Chillale was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amaravati Bench, on April 6, 2026. The meeting is being conducted in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
