Kalpa Commercial Ltd Fixes 41st AGM Date, Appoints New Auditors

Kalpa Commercial Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 29, 2026, has fixed the date, time, and venue for the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 28, 2026. The board also appointed M/s Prakash Chander & Associates as the scrutinizer for the AGM's e-voting. Additionally, the company adopted new sets of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. The resignation of the previous statutory auditors, M/s SGR & Associates LLP, was accepted, and M/s. ACA & Associates has been appointed as the new statutory auditors.
