KPIL Board to meet on Aug 11, 2026 for Q1 FY27 results

The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also reiterated that the trading window for its securities is currently closed and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
