Kalyani Forge Ltd Appoints Jagdish Baheti as Chief Financial Officer

Kalyani Forge Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Jagdish Baheti as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The appointment is in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and will take effect from February 11, 2026. Baheti is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA in Finance and has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He has previously worked with Delfingen (French Automotive Group) and Hirschvogel Components India (A German Automotive Group). His expertise lies in budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury, and project finance.
