Kalyani Steels Reappoints Two Directors at AGM

Kalyani Steels Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. M. U. Takale and Mr. B. N. Kalyani as Directors at its 53rd Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2026. Both directors are liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Takale, a Mechanical Engineer with over 40 years of experience in forging and automotive industries, was re-appointed with effect from August 27, 2026. Mr. B. N. Kalyani, who has a long-standing career with the Kalyani Group and extensive experience in steel, forging, automotive, and engineering sectors, was also re-appointed from the same date. Both directors have confirmed they have not been debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
