Kama Holdings Completes ₹550 Cr Subsidiary Investment

Kama Holdings Limited has fully completed the final tranche of its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited (KRDL). KRDL has allotted 93,221 equity shares to Kama Holdings at a premium, aggregating approximately ₹550 Crores. This transaction fully satisfies the subscription agreement and does not alter the control, management, or beneficial ownership of KRDL, which remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kama Holdings.
