Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 30, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the board will review and approve the Annual Report and Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting will also address fixing the date, venue, and time for the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM), approving its draft notice, and appointing M/s. HD & Associates as Scrutinizers for the e-voting process at the AGM. Other matters may be discussed with the Chair's permission.
