Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with BSE Circulars dated 02nd April 2019. The trading window will remain closed for the purpose of consideration of the Audited Financial Result for the Year Ended 31st March, 2026. The window is set to open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Result becomes generally available to the public.
