Kamdhenu Ventures Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Kamdhenu Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The closure applies to Promoters, Promoter Group, Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons. The company has informed all relevant parties and has also coordinated with the National Securities Depository Limited to freeze the PAN details of these individuals and their immediate relatives during the closure period. The date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
